We will ask someone to call you and discuss your concerns. Basically, we are responding to contact forms and emails within 24 hours.

What if I want to return an item?
There’s no problem as long as the part is unused and returned in safe condition.
Do you offer warranty on items?
Yes. Most parts have a full three-month warranty. Warranty length is indicated in each item description.
What if I have complaint?
We will help you resolve issues by contacting any of our directors by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if an item arrived but it does not function well?
We will be running through some technical questions to ensure that the problem was not caused by another hardware.
