Terms and Conditions of sale is applicable to any transaction for the goods on this site. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights. We can make changes to these policies and conditions any time. Changes will be effective on the date that they have been posted on our site.
Replacement Parts and Batteries
Unless otherwise indicated in the item description, the batteries and replacement parts do not include fitting instructions or tools.
Certain batteries and replacement parts must only be fitted by an expert technician.
Warranties offered can be withdrawn once the parts became damaged by improper fitting or if the items are used for anything rather its intended functionality.
Each item ordered will be packaged, dispatched and picked within 1 business working day of purchase. This excludes Bank holidays and Sundays due to certain postal service limitations. We will be notifying you if there are delays of the order process.
Otusbargains is not responsible for loss in transit as a result of missing, old or incorrect address information, or products refused at a certain address. Items that are dispatched to incorrect address will be re-dispatched or refunded. This will happen if the item has been returned to us by the recipient or the courier.
We are using addresses that are PayPal registered. Check if your PayPal address is correct prior to purchasing via PayPal Express.
Anpost.ie will not class a product as missing until fourteen working days (IRL) passed 21days (Europe Passed). If a packaged is delayed or lost, another item will be sent. If an item is unavailable, you will be issued a full refund.
In certain cases, we may request a sign of declaration indicating that you did not receive your order. We will be using it for making with the An Post. If the form has not been returned or signed, we cannot issue a replacement or refund until the An Post reached out to you for non-receipt confirmation.
All items stocked have a minimum of 180-days warranty and 30 cooling off period. There are items that got extended warranty periods.
Once the order arrives, you have 14 days to inform Otusbargains if there are damages, incorrect or missing items.
Check for visual or cosmetic defects or damages.
You may return the item within 28 days of purchase, excluding user damage. You are responsible for the item’s safe return cost. Items should be in the same good condition as they have been received and must be in re-sellable condition. We advise you to utilize tracked post with a good packaged. This is due to the reason that we do not take responsibility for damage or loss during the return transit.
If the product failed during its warranty period, we will replace the item or fully refund for return postage costs if it is not your fault.
We describe items as it is. If you think that some details were stated incorrect or a vital information is not indicated, contact us. We rectify such issue for you and make an amendment, if necessary.
If the item received does not match the description, Otusbargains.com is going to refund or exchange the item. We will reimburse the costs involved for the item return.
Some products are associated with “return postage costs” if these are returned under the 14-day policy. Included items with such promotion will be given promotional leaflets. Under such promotion, Otusbargains pays the return postage costs up to An post Standard Postage. Please provide a certificate (Proof of Postage). You are responsible for the safe return of the item.
If you ordered some items and preferred an express EU at checkout, you are going to receive a refund on an original postage cost. However, make sure that the item has been sent back as faulty and the technician should confirm that fault.
If you do not want the product anymore and you want to return it, you will be given a refund for initial total cost.
We made partnership with Anpost.ie to ensure that we will offering high standard posts. However, in certain cases, we may be reaching out to you before dispatching. Delivery costs depend on the total amount of products you ordered:
€1.00 for orders under 3.00;
Returning an Item
If you are going to return an item, we have an easy and convenient process. All you need is to contact us through the request a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us what specific product(s) you wish to return. If you will post your return, we advise that you use local tracked or signed for the service.
We are also offering loyalty points and these are issued at Otusbargains’ discretion. These points may be deducted and added at our discretion.
Any loyalty point is non-transferrable. Points must be issued on accounts when we are dispatching orders. Declined, refunded or cancelled orders have deducted points.
We are reserving the right to exchange a point value and eliminate a loyalty point promotion with no prior notice.
Points will be valid for twelve (6) months only from the date that the order has been dispatched.
Points will be available to registered customers or those who hold accounts with Otusbargains. We cannot add points from the previous orders and orders that are processed without creating or logging in an account.
If you used PayPal Express, our registration and checkout will be by passed by PayPal. Thus, no points will be allocated with this process.
